NoodleWatt LLC was founded in Texas in 2026 on a simple conviction: good software is built patiently and owned responsibly. We design, build, and operate consumer applications — everyday tools people rely on without thinking about who made them.

We are structured as a parent company by choice. Each venture we create launches under its own brand, with its own identity, roadmap, and relationship with its users. That independence keeps every product honest: it succeeds on its own merits.
